Oh my goodness......

It's not as cold here today thankfully. But this storm has been horrible. President Bush has actually declared our county, along with many others, disaster areas! I am so grateful we didn't lose power but around 100,000 in this area did! Even Walmart! And I just heard there's supposed to be another storm before winter's over. This is the most ice we've gotten in I don't know how long. My husband tried unsuccessfully to get the car out last night. He said there was probably close to 3 inches of ice on it! I just hope we get to recover from this one before the next one hits. We really need to go to the store!
On a different note, I have a new found excitement about getting this house in order! Thanks to Brocante Home! It is just the most scrumptious site in the web! And now she's put up a message board.
